Identity checks
Members can send identity documents for our team to check by hand. A profile that has been through it carries a tick — and nothing else on the site does. Get verified.
Photos are reviewed
Profile photographs are approved before anybody sees them, and who may see them at all depends on the plan — a photograph is not handed out to every visitor.
Contact details are not public
A phone number is revealed deliberately, one profile at a time, and every reveal is recorded. Nothing is scraped off a page.
Reports reach a person
Every report goes to our team with the profile and your reason attached. Ignoring a member takes them out of your matches straight away.
Any request for money
A visa fee, a medical emergency, a business that needs one last investment. This is the single most common way people are cheated on matrimonial sites, and the answer is always no.
Moving off the site quickly
Somebody who wants to leave for another app before you have spoken properly is usually avoiding a place where they can be reported.
Hurry
Pressure to decide, to meet alone, or to keep the conversation secret from your family is a reason to slow down, not to hurry.
A profile that never quite matches
Photographs that do not look like the same person, a job that changes, a family that can never be spoken to. Ask for a video call before you meet.
Meet somewhere public, in daylight, the first few times.
Tell somebody in your family where you are going and who you are meeting.
Arrange your own travel, both ways.
If something feels wrong, leave. You do not owe anybody an explanation.
Use Report this profile on their page — it is at the bottom, under the actions — and tell us what happened. Then use Ignore this member so they cannot reach you while we look.
If you have lost money or been threatened, report it to your local police as well. We can act on the account; only they can act on the person.
Anything you are not sure about, call us on the number at the bottom of every page. A person answers.
